Today is the fifth episode of the JapaNichijou Podcast!!!!!!!!

今回こんかいは、私わたしが少すこし前まえに旅行りょこうをした時ときのお話はなしです！
This time, it is a story about how I traveled a little while ago!

東京とうきょう、大阪おおさか、京都きょうと、奈良ならなどの有名ゆうめいな観光地かんこうち以外いがいにも、素敵すてきな観光地かんこうちがたくさんあるから！
Because there are so many great tourist destinations besides the famous ones like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara!

ということで、今回こんかい旅行りょこうに行いった場所ばしょは「静岡しずおか県けん」！
So, the place I traveled to this time was Shizuoka Prefecture!

日本にほん一いち高たかい山やま、富士山ふじさんがある県けんの1ひとつだよ！
It’s one of the prefectures with the tallest mountain in Japan, Mt. Fuji!

東京とうきょう都とと大阪おおさか府ふの間あいだに、名古屋なごや市しで知しられる愛知あいち県けんがあります。
Between Tokyo and Osaka, there is Aichi Prefecture, which is known for Nagoya City.

その愛知あいち県けんと東京とうきょう都との間あいだに静岡しずおか県けんがあるイメージをすると、静岡しずおか県けんの場所ばしょが分わかりやすいかな？
If you imagine that Shizuoka Prefecture is located between those two prefectures, Aichi and Tokyo, is it easier to understand where Shizuoka Prefecture is located?

I’ve posted a map of Japan on my blog so you can see where Shizuoka Prefecture is!

では、静岡しずおか県けんに行いくまでの交通こうつう手段しゅだんからお話はなししよう！
Let’s start by talking about transportation to Shizuoka Prefecture!

まず、東海道とうかいどう・山陽さんよう新幹線しんかんせんに乗のりました。
First, I took the Tokaido – Sanyo Shinkansen.

「新幹線しんかんせん」は、すごい速はやい電車でんしゃ。
The “Shinkansen ( bullet train )” is an incredibly fast train.

時速じそく200にひゃっキロメートル以上いじょうの速度そくどで走はしります！
They run at speeds of over 200 kilometers per hour!

「東海道とうかいどう・山陽さんよう」は、新幹線しんかんせんが走はしっている区間くかんの名前なまえ。
“Tokaido/Sanyo” is the name of the route where the Shinkansen runs.

この場合ばあいは、東京とうきょう都との東京とうきょう駅えきから福岡ふくおか県けんの博多はかた駅えきまでを繋つなぐ区間くかん。
In this case, the section connecting Tokyo Station in Tokyo Prefecture to Hakata Station in Fukuoka Prefecture.

そして、新幹線しんかんせんは種類しゅるいごとに名前なまえを持もっています。
And each type of Shinkansen has its own name.

私わたしが今回こんかい乗のった新幹線しんかんせんは「ひかり」！
The Shinkansen I took this time was the Hikari!

他ほかには「のぞみ」と「こだま」があって、それぞれ速はやさや停車ていしゃする駅えきが違ちがうので要よう注意ちゅうい！
The others are “Nozomi” and “Kodama,” each with different Shinkansen speeds and stops, so watch out!

違ちがう目的地もくてきちに行いく新幹線しんかんせんに乗のってしまうと、すぐには降おりられないから、本当ほんとうに気きをつけてね～！
If you get on a Shinkansen that goes to a different destination, you can’t get off right away, so be really careful~!

では、それぞれの新幹線しんかんせんの特徴とくちょうと名前なまえの意味いみを簡単かんたんに説明せつめいしましょう！
Now, let’s briefly describe the features of each Shinkansen and what their names mean!

まずは「のぞみ」
First, “Nozomi”.

一番いちばん早はやく移動いどうできるけど、停車ていしゃする駅えきが少すくない。
It is the fastest way to get around, but it stops at only a few stations.

「のぞみ ( 望み ) 」という単語たんごには「希望きぼう」「願ねがい」などの意味いみがあるよ！
The word “Nozomi” means “hope” or “wish”!

続つづいて「ひかり」
Then, “Hikari”.

運行うんこうの種類しゅるいがいろいろあるので、いつも同おなじ駅えきに止とまるとは限かぎらない。
Because there are various types of service, they do not always stop at the same station.

「ひかり」という単語たんごには「光ひかるもの」「心こころに希望きぼうや明あかるさを感かんじるもの」などの意味いみがあるよ！
The word “Hikari” means “something that glows” or “something that gives you a feeling of hope or brightness in your heart!”

最後さいごに「こだま」
Finally, “Kodama”.

東海道とうかいどう・山陽さんよう新幹線しんかんせんの全すべての駅えきに停車ていしゃします。
Stops at all stations on the Tokaido – Sanyo Shinkansen route.

「こだま ( 木霊 )」という単語たんごには「山やまで大おおきな声こえを出だした時とき、反響はんきょうして聞きこえてくるもの」「木きの精霊せいれい」などの意味いみがあるよ！
The word “Kodama” means “something you hear echoing when you shout loudly in the mountains” or “the spirit of a tree”!

「大阪おおさか・名古屋なごや・東京とうきょう」のように、大おおきな都市としを結むすぶ場所ばしょへ観光かんこうに行いきたい人ひとは「東海道とうかいどう・山陽さんよう新幹線しんかんせん」に乗のろう！
If you want to go sightseeing in places like Osaka-Nagoya-Tokyo, which connect the larger cities, take the “Tokaido – Sanyo Shinkansen!”

ということで、まずは新幹線しんかんせんで「浜松はままつ駅えき」まで行いきました。
So, we first took the Shinkansen to “Hamamatsu Station”.

その後ごホテルに行いくため、電車でんしゃで最寄もより駅えきまで行いきました。
After that, I took the train to the nearest station to go to the hotel.

ホテルは、浜松はままつ市しにある「弁天島べんてんじま駅えき」のすぐ近ちかくです。
The hotel is located near Bentenjima Station in Hamamatsu City.

浜松はままつ市しには「浜名湖はまなこ」という大おおきな湖みずうみがあることで知しられています。
Hamamatsu City is known for its large lake, Hamana Lake.

この「弁天島べんてんじま駅えき」では、運うんが良いいと、電車でんしゃと新幹線しんかんせんを同おなじタイミングで写真しゃしんを撮とることができます。
At this “Bentenjima Station”, when you are lucky, you can take a picture of a train and the Shinkansen at the same time.

私わたしは運うんが良よかったので、動画どうがを撮とりました！ふふふwww
I got lucky and took a video! huhuhu lol

ホテルの部屋へやに荷物にもつを置おいた後あと、浜名湖はまなこへ散歩さんぽに行いきました。
After putting our luggage in the hotel room, I went for a walk to Lake Hamana.

すると、1枚いちまいの大おおきな看板かんばんを発見はっけん！
Then I spotted one big sign!

こ、こ、これは…！
Th, thi, this…!

「ゆるキャン」の看板かんばんだ！！！！！
It’s a sign for “Laid-Back Camp” !!!!!

そうです。ここ浜名湖はまなこの弁天島べんてんじま駅えき周辺しゅうへんは、ゆるキャン二期にきの聖地せいちです！
That’s right. The area around Bentenjima Station here on Lake Hamana is featured in the second season of Laid-Back Camp!

夕日ゆうひと一緒いっしょに写真しゃしんを撮とりました。
I took a picture with the sunset.

ハイッ！チーズ！
Say! Cheese!

「ゆるキャン」の看板かんばんを撮影さつえいした後あとは、夕日ゆうひを見みることにしました。
After photographing the “Laid-Back Camp” sign, I decided to watch the sunset.

ここでは、普通ふつうの夕日ゆうひではなく、特別とくべつな夕日ゆうひを見みることができるんです。
Here you can see a special sunset, not just an ordinary one.

皆みなさん「鳥居とりい」って知しっていますか？
Do you all know what a “torii gate” is?

鳥居とりいは、神社じんじゃの入いり口ぐちを示しめす物ものです。
A torii gate is an object that marks the entrance to a shrine.

人間にんげんと神様かみさまが住すむ場所ばしょを分わける結界けっかいの役目やくめもあると言いわれています。
It is also said to serve as a boundary that separates the place where humans and gods live.

この浜名湖はまなこでは、その鳥居とりいが湖みずうみの中なかにあるんです！
Here at Lake Hamana, that torii gate is in the lake!

そして、夕日ゆうひが沈しずむ時とき、鳥居とりいの中なかに沈しずむ夕日ゆうひを見みることができるんです！！！
And when the sun sets, you can see it setting inside the gate! ! !

たくさんの人ひとがその景色けしきを見みようと集あつまっていました。
Many people had gathered to take in the view.

高たかそうなカメラを持もっている人ひともたくさんいましたw
There were many people with expensive looking cameras lol

私わたしはスマホで撮とったので、あまり画質がしつは良よくないのですが…！
I took these pictures with my phone, so the quality isn’t very good…!

写真しゃしんではなく、実際じっさいに夕日ゆうひと鳥居とりいを一緒いっしょに見みた方ほうが、何十倍なんじゅうばいも綺麗きれいに見みえるので、ぜひこの場所ばしょに見みに来きてね！
It’s dozens of times more beautiful to see the sunset and the torii together in person, not in pictures, so come see this place for yourself!

綺麗きれいな景色けしきを見みた後あとは、お腹なかが空すいたのでホテルで夜よるご飯はんを食たべました。
After seeing the beautiful scenery, I was hungry and had dinner at the hotel.

ビュッフェ形式けいしきで好すきな物ものをたーーーくさん食たべました！！！
I ate a lot of whatever I wanted, buffet style!!!

特とくに海うみの幸さちが美味おいしかったです。
The seafood was especially delicious.

刺身さしみ、ウナギの蒲かば焼やき、釜かま揚あげしらす、白身魚しろみざかなの天てんぷら、アサリの味噌みそ汁しる…などなど。
Raw fish, Glaze-grilled Japanese eel, Boiled whitebait, Deep-fried white fish, Miso soup with clams…etc.

何回なんかいもおかわりしちゃった★
I had multiple refills★

食たべ過すぎてお腹なかがヤバかったwww
I ate too much and my stomach hurt a lot lmao

そして、お腹なかはヤバかったけど、どうしても温泉おんせんに入はいりたかったので、ホテルの温泉おんせんに行いきました！
And, I had a bad stomach ache, but I really wanted to go to the hot springs, so I went there!

ホテルの部屋へやにもお風呂ふろはあるけど、やっぱり温泉おんせんに行いかないとね！
I know there are baths in the hotel rooms, but I had to go to the hot springs!

「大浴場だいよくじょう」と呼よばれるたくさんの人ひとが入いれる温泉おんせんで、すごい広ひろいの！
It’s called a “Daiyokujou,” a hot spring that can hold a lot of people, and it’s huge!

熱々あつあつのお湯ゆも気持きもちいいし、温泉おんせんに入った後あとはお肌はだがツルツル～
The hot water feels great and my skin is smooth after bathing!

外そとには、星空ほしぞらを見みながら入いれる小ちいさな浴槽よくそうもあったよ。
There was also a small bathtub outside where you could look at the stars.

温泉おんせんに入はいった後あとは、牛乳ぎゅうにゅうを飲のむのも忘わすれずに！
And don’t forget to drink the milk after your hot spring bath!

日本にほんで有名ゆうめいな習慣しゅうかんの一ひとつ！
One of the famous customs in Japan!

普通ふつうに牛乳ぎゅうにゅうも良いいけど、私わたしは、コーヒー牛乳ぎゅうにゅうとフルーツ牛乳ぎゅうにゅうが特とくにおすすめ。
Regular milk is good, but I especially recommend coffee milk and fruit milk.

ホテルによっては簡単かんたんな浴衣ゆかたが用意よういされているから、温泉おんせんに入はいった後あとは浴衣ゆかたに着替きがえてね！
Some hotels provide simple kimonos, so after a hot spring bath, change into one!

自分じぶんの部屋へやに戻もどらずに、ホテルのロビーでゆっくりと時間じかんを過すごすのもおすすめ～！
I recommend spending some time in the hotel lobby instead of going back to your room~!

リラックス～。
Relax~.

今回こんかい私わたしが行いったホテルのロビーには「ゆるキャン」のグッズやご当地とうちのお土産みやげが売うっていました。
The hotel lobby I visited this time sold “Laid-Back Camp” merch and local souvenirs.

「ゆるキャンの作者さくしゃ様さまおすすめのキャンプグッズ」「アニメに登場とうじょうした食たべ物もの」などが特集とくしゅうされている本ほんもありました。
Some books featured camping gear recommended by the author of “Laid-Back Camp”, food featured in the anime, and more.

それを読よみながら、のんびりと時間じかんを過すごしました～。
I spent some time reading it and relaxing~.

旅行りょこう1いち日目にちめは、これで終おわり。
This is the end of the first day of the trip.

リラックスすることが目的もくてきの旅たびだったので、予定よていはたくさん入いれませんでした。
The purpose of the trip was to relax, so I did not schedule a lot of activities.

続つづきのお話はなしは、また次回じかい。

パンデミックのせいで観光客かんこうきゃくが少すくなく、ホテルはとても静しずかでした。
Because of pandemic, there were few tourists and the hotel was very quiet.

ゆっくりとご飯はんを食たべれたり、ゆっくり温泉おんせんに入いれたのは嬉うれしいのですが…
I was happy to have a nice meal and a relaxing hot spring bath, but…

パンデミック前まえのように、、たくさん観光客かんこうきゃくの人ひとがまた来きてくれるように、私わたしは応援おうえんしたいです！
I’d like to support them so that many tourists can come again like they did before pandemic!
