- HayaTikazeの販売した3Dモデル(無料配布を含む)を購入した方は、以下に同意したものとする。
- 3Dモデルの改造・改変を許可します。
- 3Dモデルの再配布(改変済みを含む)、販売を禁止します。
- 第三者がダウンロードできる形でのアップロードを禁止します。
- 自作発言を禁止します。
- YouTube,Twitch等の動画や配信での商用利用を許可します。
(ただし、法人の方はBoothメッセージやブログ内のお問い合わせ等からご一報頂けると嬉しいです。無くても可。) - ダウンロード商品のため、返金対応はしておりません。
- クレジット表記は、任意です。(あるとモチベUP(*‘ω‘ *))
- 著作権は、著作者に帰属する物とします。
- 宗教活動、政治、反社会活動、誹謗中傷目的での使用を禁止します。
- 販売している商品は、突然予告なく販売の価格変更、掲載内容変更、販売終了、等をする場合がございます。
- 制作販売したモデル(改造を含む)の使用により、生じたトラブルや損失に関しましては、
著作者は一切責任を負わないものとします。 - 利用規約の文章に差異があった場合は、日本語の内容が優先されます。
- 上記に書かれていない内容で、不明な点がありましたらBoothメッセージやブログ内のお問い合わせ等からご連絡下さい。(※全てのメッセージにお答え出来るとは限りません。)

- 제3자가 다운로드 할 수 있는 형태로 업로드를 금지합니다.
- 작자를 속이지 마세요.
- YouTube, Twitch등의 방송이나 동영상으로의 상업적 이용을 허가합니다.
(단, 법인 쪽은 Booth 메세지나 블로그 내 문의 등으로 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다. 필수는 아닙니다.) - 다운로드 상품이므로, 환불이 불가능합니다.

- 저작권은 저작자에게 귀속되는 것입니다.
- 종교 활동, 정치, 반사회 활동, 중상모략 목적에서의 사용을 금지합니다.
