2.Clock Tower

時計とけい台だいは、1878せんはっぴゃくななじゅうはち年ねんに札幌さっぽろ農のう学校がっこうの芝居しばい小屋ごやとして建たてられました。
The clock tower was built in 1878 as a theatrical hall of the Sapporo Agricultural School.

開拓かいたく時代じだいのアメリカ中西ちゅうせい部ぶで流行りゅうこうしたバルーン式しき木造もくぞう建築けんちくが最大さいだいの特徴とくちょうです。
Its main characteristic is the balloon-type wooden architecture, popular in the mid and western regions of America during the frontier era.

1階いっかいの展示てんじ室しつでは、時計とけい台だいの歴史れきしを学まなぶことができます。
In the exhibition room on the first floor, visitors can learn about the history of the Clock Tower.

この建物たてものは、北海道ほっかいどうで有名ゆうめいな観光地かんこうちの1つひとつです。
This building is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Hokkaido.

ぴよりんは、ヒヨコの形かたちをしたケーキです。
It’s a chicken-shaped cake called Piyorin!

愛知県あいちけんの地鶏じどりである「名古屋なごやコーチン」の卵たまごを使つかっています。
It’s made with eggs from Nagoya Cochin, a local chicken breed in Aichi Prefecture.

可愛かわいくて美味おいしい名古屋なごやの名物めいぶつです！
Cute and tasty, it is a famous snack from Nagoya!

季節きせつによって、色いろんなぴよりんが登場とうじょうします！
They sell various Piyorin depending on season.

4.Snow Festival

「さっぽろ雪ゆきまつり」は、日本にほん最大級さいだいきゅうの冬ふゆのイベントです。
” The Sapporo Snow Festival ” is one of the largest winter events in Japan.

世界せかい的てきに有名ゆうめいな建築物けんちくぶつや、話題わだいになった人物じんぶつなどの雪像せつぞうが立たち並ならびます。
Snow statues of world-famous architectural structures and popular personalities line the streets.

雪像せつぞうだけでなく、繊細せんさいな氷こおりのオブジェが並ならぶ「クリスタルストリート」もあります。
In addition to snow statues, there is also “Crystal Street” lined with delicate ice sculptures.

夜よるになると、ライトアップされ、幻想げんそう的てきな雪像せつぞうを見みることができます。
At night, the snow statues are lit up, creating a fantastic sight.

5.MIRAI TOWER

このタワーは、名古屋なごやのテレビ塔とうです。
This is TV tower in Nagoya.

観光かんこうにもピッタリですね！
It’s also great for sightseeing!

現在げんざいも、街まちのランドマークとして知しられています。
It is still known as a landmark of the city of Nagoya.

2021にせんにじゅういち年ねん5ご月がつに「名古屋なごやテレビ塔とう」から「MIRAI TOWER」へ名前なまえが変かわりました。
The name was changed from “Nagoya TV Tower” to “MIRAI TOWER” in May 2021.

6.Nagoya Castle

名古屋なごや城じょうは、日本にほんの有名ゆうめいなお城しろです。
Nagoya Castle is a famous castle in Japan.

以前いぜんブログで紹介しょうかいしたシャチホコも天守閣てんしゅかくに飾かざられています。
The shachihoko that I mentioned in a previous blog entry is also displayed in the castle tower.

金色きんいろに輝かがやくシャチホコは、名古屋なごや城じょうの象徴しょうちょうです。
The golden shachihoko is the symbol of Nagoya Castle.

そのため、名古屋なごや城じょうは金鯱城（きんこじょう、きんしゃちじょう）とも呼よばれています。
For this reason, Nagoya Castle is also called “Kinkojo, Kinshachijo”.

日本にほんの歴史れきしを学まなび、美うつくしい庭園ていえんが楽たのしめる最高さいこうの場所ばしょですよ！
It’s a great place to learn about Japanese history and enjoy the beautiful gardens!

7.Nanachan doll

バーチャル世界せかいのHaya散歩さんぽは、今回こんかいで7なな回かい目めになりました！
This is the seventh Haya Sanpo in the virtual world!

それにちなんで「ナナちゃん人形にんぎょう」を紹介しょうかいしたいと思おもいます。
In honor of this, I would like to introduce Nana-chan doll.

1972せんきゅうひゃくななじゅうに年ねんに名鉄めいてつ百貨ひゃっか店てんセブン館かんがオープン！
The Meitetsu Department Store Seven opened in 1972!

開業かいぎょう1周年いっしゅうねんを記念きねんして、身長しんちょう6ろくメートル10じゅっセンチの超ちょう巨大きょだいマネキンが設置せっちされ、セブンを日本にほん語ごの七ななに変かえて「ナナちゃん」と名付なづけられました。
To commemorate the first anniversary of its opening, a 6m 10cm tall super giant mannequin was installed and named Nana-chan by changing Seven to Nana.

「ナナちゃん」は、季節きせつによって浴衣ゆかたになったり、サンタクロースになったり、いろんな変身へんしんをします！
Nana-chan is a doll that can change her outfit into a Yukata, Santa Claus, or a variety of other things depending on the season!

残念ざんねんながら、名鉄めいてつ百貨ひゃっか店てんセブン館かんは再さい開発かいはつのため、2011にせんじゅういち年ねん3さん月がつ31さんじゅういち日にちに閉店へいてんされました。
Unfortunately, the Meitetsu Department Store Seven Building was closed on March 31, 2011 due to redevelopment.

しかし、これからも「ナナちゃん」は名古屋なごや駅えき前まえの顔かおとして愛あいされていくでしょう！
However, Nana-chan will continue to be loved as the face of Nagoya Station!

「白しろい恋人こいびと」は、北海道ほっかいどうを代表だいひょうするお菓子かしです！
Shiroi Koibito is one of Hokkaido’s most popular sweets!

創業者そうぎょうしゃが雪ゆきを「白しろい恋人こいびと」と例たとえたのが、名前なまえの由来ゆらい。
The founder compared snow to Shiroi Koibito, hence the name.

サクサクのラングドシャで、なめらかなホワイトチョコレートをサンドしています。
Smooth white chocolate is sandwiched between crispy langdosha.

説明せつめいしていたら、なんだか急きゅうに食たべたくなってしまいましたw

久屋ひさや大通おおどおりは横幅よこはばが100ひゃくメートルめーとる以上いじょうもある、と〜っても大おおきな通とおりです。
Hisaya Odori is a very large avenue with a width of more than 100 meters.

日本一にほんいちの広ひささなんですよ！
It is the widest avenue in Japan!

中心ちゅうしんには、以前いぜん紹介しょうかいしたMIRAI TOWERが建たっています。
At the center of the avenue stands the MIRAI TOWER, which we introduced earlier.

大通おおどおりにはクスノキくすのきが植うえられ、彫刻ちょうこくや花壇かだんがあちこちに設置せっちされています。
Camphor trees are planted along the avenue, and sculptures and flower beds are placed here and there.

「さっぽろテレビてれび塔とう」は、大通おおどおり公園こうえんにそびえ立たつ147.2ひゃくよんじゅうななてんにメートルめーとるの電波でんぱ塔とうです。🗼
The Sapporo TV Tower is a 147.2-meter tall radio tower, towering over Odori Park. 🗼

赤あかい鉄骨てっこつと緑みどりの展望てんぼう台だいが特徴とくちょう的てきですね。
The red steel frame and green observatory are distinctive.

展望てんぼう台だいは、高たかさ90きゅうじゅうメートルめーとるの場所ばしょにあります。
The observation deck is 90 meters high.

It’s so high up!

3階さんかいからエレベーターえれべーたーで展望てんぼう台だいへ行いくことができ、約やく1分いっぷんで到着とうちゃくします。
You can take an elevator from the 3rd floor to the observation deck, which takes about 1 minute.
